Following the infamous leaflets dropped in parts of greater Masaka which are currently in Bushenyi, the Bushenyi Resident District Commissioner, Jane Asiimwe Muhindo has warned residents to be on guard for their lives.
Speaking at a press conference held at her office in Bushenyi, Asiimwe noted that as the district, they have already mobilized security personnel on ground and others leaders at grass root to curtail the matchete welding gangs from terrorising the residents, thus urging people to observe the curfew time so as to let security agencies identify the criminals.
In attendance was the Bushenyi district chairman, District Internal Security Officer, District Police Commander and other security agencies in the district.
